Cleo and Friz want you to be happy with your purchase! If you find you have a problem or damaged product, please let us know immediately, by emailing us at and we will work with you to make it right.

We have a 15-day exchange/return policy for credit in our store. If you have a damaged product, we will send you a replacement, if in stock, or refund your purchase by the original method of payment.
